To register for any class it does require payment. Once classes begin, payments are non-refundable. Missed classes may be credited to your account for future use as make-ups

You may make up a missed class within 6 months by attending a the same class level you are enrolled in (based on availability).

For Example if you miss 1 class in Level 2 you will be doing the make-up in another Level 2. 

Make-ups can not  be used in another Level nor can they be transferred to Drop ins.

Please arrive a few minutes early (10-15 mins) to class or your private appointment. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, 24 hours’ notice is required or the  session may be forfeited.

Should you need to cancel a Drop in Class you will have to do so 2hrs prior.  Otherwise if you no show there will be a $5 charge.

All classes and sessions are for adults 18+. Studios ensure privacy through curtains or other measures. 

We ask all participants to respect one another’s space and confidentiality. 

Wear stretchy workout clothes ie leggings and tanks, that make you feel confident. 

Shorts are best for pole work to help with grip for the upper Levels (Level 3 and up)

Please don’t wear lotion or oils on the day of class, and remove all jewelry that could scratch the poles. 

Bring your own yoga mat to class for the warm up, if you dont have a yoga mat a beach towel can be used. Bring your own small towel and water bottle.

Depending on the Level or drop in class descriptions other items such as knee pads, heels, socks and or any other prop or theme will be stated in the description.

This is a safe, empowering environment—not a nude space. Sensual movement is encouraged, but clothing should stay within booty shorts and sports bra or tank top. Respect and comfort for all is our priority.
