A different feel from static pole! Spin-based classes offer new challenges and styles. Available in 3-week series or as drop-ins.

🔥 Lyra aka Aerial Hoop
Lyra, also known as Aerial Hoop, is a beautiful and challenging aerial discipline that combines strength, flexibility, and grace.
(Completion of Level 4 required)
🧘 Flexibility
Improve mobility, flexibility, and muscle recovery through guided stretching & flexibility training. Popular with students working toward splits and deeper range of motion. Examples include Splitsville, Flexy from Head to Toe, Bendy Back and Shoulders.
💪 Strength
High-energy cardio and strength-training workout using the pole and bodyweight. Perfect for building muscle, improving stamina, and training for more advanced pole moves. Example Invert Conditioning, Bootie Camp, Polegression etc.
🎶 Floorwork & Chair Flow
Sensual & trick based choreography with Chair as well as grounded movement (Floorwork) to help you connect with your body and confidence—no pole required.
Examples include AcroChair and Floorwork, Floor Flowetry, Floorwork Basics.

Start with the basics and rise all the way to Super Star status. Our progressive pole curriculum is designed to build strength, confidence, and skill—step by step, level by level.

💘 Level 1
This series is perfect for students new to pole dance and fitness. You’ll learn basic spins, foundational movements, and how to safely begin your pole journey. Complete beginners welcome, no experience required.
💘 Level 2
This series is for students who have completed Level 1 and are ready for more. This level moves at a faster pace with more challenging spins, transitions, and strength work.
💘 Level 3
This series introduces your first inverted move, climbing and more complex choreography. It’s a highly physical and empowering next step in your pole journey.
Prerequisites: Completion of Levels 1, 2 & 2/3 Transition.
💘 Level 4
In this series students continue to incoporate inverts and climbs while combining pole tricks and adding creative adaptations. This level challenges both strength and style.
Prerequisites: Completion of Levels 1-3 & 3/4 Transition.
💘 Level 5
This series will continue to increase your stamina and introduces a different way to climb and invert. Expect more dynamic combos and advanced transitions.
Prerequisites: Completion of Levels 1-4 & 4/5 Transition.
💘 Level 6
In this series we build on movements taught in Level 5 while adding a new inverted challenge, dynamic spins & more intermediate choreography. This level focuses on control, technique, and performance quality.
Prerequisites: Completion of Levels 1-5 & 5/6 Transition.
💘 Level 7
This series introduces more inverted movements integrated into choreography. We will continue to build our strength and confidence in inverted movements in preperation for the next level.
Prerequisites: Completion of Levels 1-6 & 6/7 Transition.
💘 Level 8
This series will build on movements you've learned in Level 7 adding them into inverted combos while continuing to prioritize strength and technique for beautiful transitions.
Prerequisites: Completion of Levels 1-7 & 7/8 Transition.
