New to Fit For a Goddess? Welcome! The best way to begin is by signing up for an Intro Class—a 90-minute session designed to give you a feel for the movement, flow, and empowering energy of our studio.
After your Intro Class, you can join our 5-week Level 1series and move up though our Level system thats designed to take you to new heights with the completion of each one.
Explore specialty drop-in classes like Pole Tough, Splitsville, Art of Dance and more. With specialty classes we recommend starting with at least the completion of Level 1 to build confidence and flow into your new practice.

What to expect
Series classes at Fit For a Goddess are 90 minutes long and designed to be a full mind-body-spirit experience. Each class includes a warm-up, guided movement, strength building, and flow—whether you’re working with the pole or on the floor.
Expect to sweat, laugh, and surprise yourself. Every class is held in a safe, private space with window coverings and a supportive, fun environment. There’s no judgment—only encouragement. We move at our own pace, and we cheer each other on.
This is about feeling strong, empowered, and connected—in your body and in your community.

💘 Who can take classes at Fit For a Goddess?
Our classes are designed for adults (18+). All fitness levels, body types, and backgrounds are welcome—no dance or pole experience required!
Please check class descriptions for inclusive classes!
💘 What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, stretchy workout clothes that make you feel confident. For pole classes Intro and Beginner classes leggings, tanks and barefoot or socks.
Shorts are recommended to help grip the pole for upper Level series and drop ins.
Please avoid wearing lotions or oils and remove all jewelry before class.
💘 Can I make up a missed class?
Yes! You can make up missed classes within 6 months by attending a similar class in the Level you missed it in (space permitting).
💘 What’s your refund or cancellation policy?
Payments are transferable but non-refundable starting one weeks before your session. Once classes begin, payments are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session.
💘 How do I sign up?
